Swiss Chalet Bakery in Morristown has always been our familyβs favorite bakery. Every year, our family members ask for birthday cakes from Swiss Chalet, and my sonβs absolute favorite treat is their black and white cookie. This week, after our town was hit by a severe storm and many of us were left without power for days in the extreme heat, the owners showed what true community kindness looks like. They generously offered a free breakfastβan omelet, breakfast sandwich, or pastry with coffee, and it even came with hash browns. They also provided free hot dogs and drinks for lunch. Their generosity meant so much during a difficult week. It wasnβt just the delicious foodβit was the kindness and compassion that really lifted my spirits when I was feeling overwhelmed by the heat and the power outage. Thank you, Swiss Chalet Bakery, for always making amazing baked goods and for taking such wonderful care of your community. Morristown is lucky to have you!

They have a large variety of baked goods. The napoleon was very good. The red velvet dot cake was good, but sweet. I was disappointed because I had ordered a chocolate one and got the red velvet instead. The cakes looked really good, so I got one for my birthday. The icing was so sweet and there was so much of it and hardly any cake. The blueberry and discomfort pastries were very good.

Had the dot cakes and s'mores cookie. I got the vanilla dot cake and I liked it but did not love it. My friend had the chocolate dot cake and loved it! I really enjoyed the smore cookie though. So many super delicious looking items I will be back. :)

I had such a great experience at Swiss Chalet Bakery. Everything in the bakery was incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the quality in their pastries. The flavors were rich without being overly sweet, and you can tell everything is made with a lot of care. The highlight for me was getting to go behind the scenes and see how everything is baked. Watching the team work and learning a bit about their process made the experience so much more special. Itβs not every day you get to see the craft and passion that goes into making pastries like that. Everyone there was welcoming and clearly takes pride in what they do. Between the fresh pastries and the fun behind-the-scenes experience, it was such a memorable visit. Iβll definitely be coming back (probably way too often π ). If youβre anywhere near Morristown, this place is absolutely worth stopping by.

Swiss chalet bakery and cafe was truly amazing. A hidden HALAL gem. The food was exceptional and quick, the burger and fries were handmade which was very unique from other food places. Also the desert menu was really huge, carrot cake was great but the custom cakes that you can get were beautiful and exceptional. Everything was made in house and the owner was nice enough to give us a tour, facility is super clean and everyone is so nice. Will be back again!
